Are the products found on the website available? Can I purchase them online/ on the phone?

The product featured online will be available in our 4 stores unless it has run out of stock. We currently do not have an e-commerce site for online purchases. Phone orders are not available but you can make a reservation and make payment at any of our stores.

What’s MUJI’s exchange policy?

Should you wish to return anything purchase from us you may exchange them within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. Items should be in original, saleable condition.

Note that, Sale items, Electronics, Skin-care & Hygiene-Sensitive products are strictly non-exchangeable.  MUJI (Singapore) Pte Ltd reserves the right to determine the above.

Is there Delivery services at MUJI?

Yes we do, with charges as follows:

Monday to Friday 10.00am to 6.00pm - Free delivery for purchases above $500, and delivery charges of $40 will apply for purchases below $500.

Monday to Friday 6.00pm to 9.00pm & Saturday 10.00am to 6.00pm - Delivery charges of $20 will apply for purchases above $500, and delivery charges of $60 will apply for purchases below $500.

No deliveries on Sundays and Public Holidays. Labour charge for walk-up apartment is at $10 per level. Delivery schedule is subject to confirmation by respective stores. Kindly check with our friendly store staff for further enquires. 

Does MUJI sell gift card?

Yes we do. We sell Muji Gift Card at a minimum of $10 Card Value at all our stores.

What is the response time for my emails to customer service?

Most likely we have received your email and have responded as promptly as possible. Some email providers mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Check your spam folder to see if our response is there.

During sales and peak season, our Customer Service department may be exceptionally busy. If you sent an email and haven’t heard back from us after 3 working days, please feel free to send a follow up email or call us at customer service 63464123.

I have applied my MUJI Card but I have yet received it.

MUJI Card now can be issued instantly.
Kindly check with our friendly store staff at our respective stores. Should you have not receive the MUJI Card from your previous application, please contact our Customer service at Tel: 6346 4123 or email us at customerservice@muji.com.sg.

How do I know if the Garment is the right size for me?

Please click here for the sizing chart. The sizing chart is intended for your use as an approximate gauge. As design and cut differs, we encourage you to try on our clothes at our stores for better fit!
